Welcome to cemeterycare.net (the "Site"), operated by Perpetual Software LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Scope. These terms govern the Site — our public marketing website — only. The CemeteryCare application at app.cemeterycare.net is available to our cemetery customers under separate written agreements, which govern its use. Where a cemetery uses CemeteryCare tools on its own website, your use of that website is governed by that cemetery's terms.
Informational Content
The Site describes our products and services for general informational purposes. Content on the Site is not an offer, a warranty, or a commitment regarding any product or service, and product features and pricing may change. Any purchase of our services occurs only under a signed written agreement.
Trademarks
CemeteryCare® is a registered trademark of Perpetual Software LLC. The Perpetual Software name, the Site's logos, graphics, and design are also our property. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use our trademarks or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Permitted Use
You may view the Site for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, attempts to interfere with the Site's operation, or scrapes or harvests content or data from the Site by automated means.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
